Wifi in room was terrible, and there is no secure place to store luggage. Bar also seemed dead or not open the whole time we were there

Staff were pretty disinterested in us.
Staff were pretty disinterested in us. We asked for toilet paper a couple of times before it came. They weren’t very hospitable during check in or out. The hotel itself is now a bit run down and seemed a bit deserter

Great spacious room.
Great spacious room. Lovely view. Grazalema is small, beautiful and very walkable, so everything is located close by.
Most unfriendly receptionist in all of our spain trip. The spa facilities (which should be somehow connected to it being a four star hotel) were closed.

Nice hotel with view in centre of great little town
Good location in the centre. Well appointed. Comfortable.
WiFi seemed to come and go. Of note: no restaurant available but it didn’t matter as lots of great places close by.
